Rafting on the Dunajec is the undisputed hit of Pieniny – the most famous attraction of this area, known throughout Poland. The rafting route along the Dunajec river leads through extremely picturesque corners, which create a breakthrough here and invade the rocks of the Pieniny National Park, giving great views. Pleasure lasts about 2 hours, and tourists travel by rafts of 5 canoes connected together and padded with spruce or fir branches. Rafting takes place from April to October.

The ship is a floating cafe, from which you can admire the surrounding monuments of both architecture and nature such as the Castle in Niedzica, the castle in Czorsztyn, the Water Dam in Niedzica, Pieniny National Park. During the cruise in the upper part and on the bow, you can sunbathe. In the middle part of the ship is a glass cafe, where with nice music you can drink coffee, a cold beer or crunch something sweet. The boat ride takes about 50 minutes and takes place from May to October.

Extremely charmingly located castle in Niedzica is located by the Czorsztyn Lake. It was built around 1325, then many times passed from hand to hand, being in the possession of foreign families. In the castle made available to tourists, an interesting museum is created, where you can meet, among others torture tools and an interesting carriagehouse with horse-drawn carriages and carts. Within the walls of the building a restaurant was also built, and in the basement a romantic cafe. From the terrace of the castle you can admire the beautiful views of the Lagoon, the dam and the nearby ruins of the castle in Czorsztyn and the surrounding mountains.

Trzy Korony (982 m above sea level) is the second highest peak of the beautiful Pieniny. A terrace was built on the top, from which there are beautiful views. Three Crowns are perfectly visible during the popular rafting on the Dunajec River and from the picturesque Pieniny Way, it is the heart of the Pieniny National Park. The entrance to the Three Crowns is possible with three routes and lasts from 2 to 3.5 hours.

Gorole Homole is a wonderful place in the Little Pieniny Mountains. In 1963, in order to protect this beautiful rock gorge, a nature reserve was created here, which has an area of about 40 ha. The picturesque valley is one of the nicer places in this part of the Pieniny. Through the Gorge there is a trail that leads through the valley itself, which takes about 45 minutes, or continues to follow it and enter the highest peak of the Pieniny – Wysoka (1050 m above sea level), this walk lasts about 3 hours.

Sokolica (747 m above sea level) is one of the most beautiful peaks in the Pieniny Mountains. Its top rises to a height of about 300 m above the level of the Dunajec. One can admire the fantastic panorama of the picturesque Pieniny and surrounding towns. The climb to the top takes about 1 hour.

In the park are collected miniatures in 1:20 scale of the most important monuments of the Pieniny. Here, the story is not divided into Polish and Slovak – it is a common story of the Podtatrze people about the history and culture of this region. Monuments tell for themselves. Palenica (722 m.n.p.m.) is an interesting and popular peak in Pieniny, which can be walked on foot or by roller coaster. The cable railway to Palenica is an interesting attraction of Szczawnica, the bottom station is located literally in the city center, where the beautiful, longest promenade in Poland begins. By train to Palenica you can get comfortable four-seater sofas. After a few minutes, drop off at the top and there are breathtaking views of the Pieniny Mountains with Three Crowns and Sokolica, and in good weather also at the Tatras.
